Would really appreciate as this is my last ditch attempt to stop her waking every 2-3 hours 😴😴😴 one tired momma 😴😴😴

I was using Alexa but it keeps cutting out and crackling in the storm. I now have a fan on in the bedroom but it’s facing away so she doesn’t get cold. She slept 11 and half hours last night. Woke for her dummy once then straight back to sleep xx

See I've struggled with Olivia since she was 6 months old cause anything before that your just not sure cause there still so young she wakes up so often and then 4 nights out of 7 she will wake up at daft o'clock like say 2 and not go back to sleep till about 4-5 so just trying everything at the minute I've tried a sleep therapist I think I might give them another try if this doesn't work cause I'm due to give birth in 16 weeks or so x

Josie started waking up every 2 hours in the night from end of September. I only realised last month that it was when we stopped having the fan on in the night because summer was over. White noise definitely does help, she sleeps so much better again now and I’ve managed to get her out of my bedroom and in with her sisters.
My friend uses a white noise box she got from amazon that plays continuously.

I brought a desk fan for the baby room and face it into the wall so it blow air onto him. Did it with my first and he still has his fan now.

We have a Google, probs about £20 in shops now, we ask it to play sounds of the ocean and it will play all night. Could she cold? We started putting socks on under the baby grow and this helped the waking
