20% servers don't even make minimum wage

20-25% like previous poster said. If I'm having a bad day I get paid regardless. Unfortunately with the way this country is going and the entitlement that people in customer service have to deal with most of the time the waiters have good reason to be in a crappy mood.

20% always. it could be the shittiest service and im tipping 20%. they could punch me in the face and id just be like “yeah okay that sucks but they still gotta pay bills so here’s a good tip” 😂 it’s messed up that they rely on tips, if i suck at my job one day because im struggling with things at home, am sick but can’t take the day off, just having a rough day, etc. (and there’s definitely days where im a shitty worker) i still get my full salary so i don’t cut corners on tips 🤷🏻‍♀️

Depends on the service, but typically between 15-20%

As long as the service was good, we tip 20%. Excellent service gets more.
