so a lot of you know about nikki, a close friend that was missing for several months before she was found in december, murdered by a man who was disgusted when he found out that she was transgender. washington state passed the nikki kuhnhausen bill that restricts defenses for people involved in hate crimes related to gender. her killer is trying to use the “rage panic” defense saying that he was so angry in the moment that he panicked and killed her because he “couldn’t control his actions” , but now that defense is ILLEGAL 🙌🏻
