Okay this may be a tmi post but 🤷🏼♀️, I hate needles with a passion. I hate getting shots or blood draws, but I do fine getting tattoos and the 2 piercings I have, other than my earlobes (I don't remember those). I have my right daith and had my nose done. I am going to get my nose pierced again after I have the baby, but I am really thinking about getting my nipples pierced, but don't know enough to actually go through with it. My nose had a keloid for awhile and eventually went away during the healing process. My daith still has one, and it's been done since July. What all factors into being able to get them pierced?!

i got mine over a year ago it's not as long bad as everyone makes it out to be it hurt maybe 30 mins after then i couldn't even tell they were done i went to a metallica concert afterwards. For me it helped to wear a tight shirt and have pressure on them so it didn't bother me as bad. you definitely have to keep them clean and don't change em for 6 weeks. me i found it easier to take a shower before changing them then as soon as you get out before drying them change them that way it's kind of lubed up so the bars slip in easier they do take 18 months to completely heal that doesn't mean they'll hurt 18 months just till they're fully healed

Thank you! I'm really thinking about it. I'm not sure how hard it'd be for mine to be done, when I had my daughter, the lactation consultants all said I had flat nipples so not sure. I'll probably end up waiting until after I have baby and when done breastfeeding.

@kaitrack23, yes wait till after breastfeeding because like if i were to breastfeed i'd have to take mine out while feeding cause it's a chocking hazard. also when you do get them done be careful which rings you get i got some skull ones that actually cut one of my nipples cause it was pressing down on it and rubbing on it cause it to have a cut and well nipples are very sensitive so it hurt worse than gettin em pierced. but after i got mine i loved em one of my favorite piercings that i have and i have a lot lol

Thank you! I might get them done. My husband gave me a funny look when I just told him I was thinking about it. I'll probably stick to the barbell ones

my husband spent 5 years talking me into it and finally decided to do it lol and this one was barbell that had skulls on the ends that ended up cuttin mine i went back to regular balls

It’s ok I’ve had them done but didn’t stay had them 4 yrs.. but pointless not worth doing it again I’ve had so many things done that won’t stay cheeks Medusa didn’t stary either just recently got my nose done again for the 9 th time smh
