If you plan to only give almond milk, you should talk to their doctor. Almond milk lacks all of the benefits they would get from cow milk. 🙂

You can, but like pp said, whole milk provides vitamins and nutrients that nut milks usually lack.

That’s all my twins drink we do not drink regular milk

I used to mix almond milk with half a banana for extra nutrients and to fill my youngest up. And as long as you give other forms of calcium it should be fine
