I just finished my 15 minute workout I do every night I’m ready to go to bed 🙃

@thelovelytionaa, I understand at first me and my sister were doing the dance videos. Then we tried these work outs to work on the areas we wanted to work on. But the dancing was more fun lol. We’re making a new workout plan this week so we. Am so one day of dancing because she likes the cardio.

@kesh-kesh I love cardio and high calorie burn but I need to work more on areas that need it too I've slacked off alot

@jmw24815, I have to try it out ... this was the first one I found and the first time I did it it made me sweat after 5 minutes 😂 now I do it every other night
