No I quit after three months. He eats formula. I have lost some (a little) weight, I’m not sure how much..and haven’t started big-time counting calories yet but need to. And I’ve thought about trying keto but haven’t since high school and I’m 34.

My fitness pal is a good app it lets you scan barcodes of whatever you’re eating and it just helps you get to your goal weight download it they have a free trial ... do you walk often?

i used a few and used to do weight watchers i feel they all have their pluses soo it depends what ur needs are

MyFitnessPal is the best. Calorie counting is free and you can scan the barcode on your foods to log them based on their serving size very easily

@thelovelytionaa, I use the MyPlate calorie counter. Yes I do 16:8, I use the app zero to help with that as well

@denise1493 i use my plate to because I can set calories % of fat carbs and protein and see the graph
