Update

I just got home. Discharged with regular activity and such tho I'm on pelvic rest until 37 weeks (so no sex or even nipple stim until then) the midwife said she doesnt think it was preterm labor as you usually cant stop it. Just an irritable uterus. Cant always say what causes it. She said I may be fine or end up having a few more episodes.

Back tonight for my 2nd steroid shot (ouch) and then Friday for my regular appt which will also be a follow up appt now.
