Would you buy a DNA kit that gives you the results for your optimal wellness and gives you a training and nutrition plan catered to you? I’m thinking of trying it and then selling them if it works??

Sounds too gimmicky to me. How exactly would my DNA determine how I need to eat and exercise? How is it any different from the info that's already out there on diet and exercise?
Good question. I didn’t think of that. Ugh should I try it? I mean they claim that it looks for specific DNA sequences and does not go through your whole DNA sequence. Those specific sequences tell your if you need to eat a certain way, are prone to gaining weight due to high sugar fat or carb intake etc etc etc It sounds legit to me.
