Be very patient. Don’t force but encourage. Be consistent.
We are slowly potty training my 16 month old and he sits for few mins off and on just encouraging him. He went few times. We do lots of praises when he sit and go. No treats! My 3 year old he’s not interested at all and tried multiple ways. So, I’m hoping having my 16 month old trained he will. He’s showing lil more interest but not enough. I just keep encouraging him to sit on potty.
Don't force your child. One minute my son was all for it, than the next he wasn't. Then right before school he just started going on his own. Always ask if they want to be a big kid and use the big kid potty . My son always went in with his brother to go or his dad. It's a hard process. Maybe take them to pick out underwear.
