Feel overwhelmed with how much kids are supposed to learn. Feels impossible to keep up with, from numbers, shapes, letters to dressing and bathing themselves. Obviously he's still young but he feels so far off speaking sentences and being able to put on his own boots etc. Yet I see like 3-4 year olds doing that. And I'm like how is he supposed to learn so much stuff in a few years?!

He just turned 2. Give him some time. He will be putting his own shoes on faster than you think. Please don't take this the wrong way, have you considered seeing someone like a therapist about being so overwhelmed about this stuff?

My son is 2 1/2 and he’s learned so much in the last 6 months.
You’d be surprised all the things he will learn by the time he’s 3.
