Almost 11 weeks pregnant and spotting brown cramping a lil tired i cant keep my eyes open, i don't remember this in both my pregnancies

I called and the nurse said its normal as long as its not red nd clotting but i made an appointment to make sure thank you so much it does make me nervous, what else was the signs? Cause my symptoms are all still there how else can i tell until my appointment

Call your doc. They may want to see you. Not to scare you, but I was spotting brown at 10 with my first pregnancy and lost the baby. Not all spotting means that, but better to be safe than sorry
