Try nurofen plus. It's ibuprofen and codeine.. Works well for me,although sometimes I've had to get cocodamol off the Dr x

I've tried Nurofen, Co codamol and co dydramol off my Mum. I seem to go through flare ups with back pain and then it can be fine for a few weeks but then comes back again xx

Oh have you! 😬 No I've not seen the doctor 🙄 it has been like this for a few years now worse after having my first daughter. I suffered bad with spd especially with my second and I get sciatica in my right bum cheek alot xx
