Gotta love when a customer squeezes a drink so hard while you're handing it to them that they pop the lid off of it and their hot tea spills on your hand. 🙃 It's extra fun when they then blame you for it because they were too busy texting and smoking to pay attention to what they were doing. And yes, I did make sure the lid was on correctly before handing it out, this lady literally gave it a death grip. 🤦♀️ Glad it didnt spill on her any since the cup was tilted towards me, otherwise im sure shed have thrown a huge fit.

When I worked at Starbucks a woman spilled her drink at the table and tried to say it was my fault the lid wasn’t on. Even though I watched her open the lid and examine her drink before bringing it to the table. She then sat there and told every single person to “check their lid” as I handed them a drink. 🙄
People just suck. You can always tell who hasn’t worked a day in customer service by how they treat people.
