How late can one's period be because of stress? I have taken a test just to see and it was negative, going on 4 days late. Under a shit ton of stress too
Stress has now started affecting me PHYSICALLY. And what’s weird is it seems to hit me all at once by late afternoon/ early evening. Anyone else deal with this? Anyone have remedy’s to help their stress? (Highlighted are symptoms that I have + Fatigue, Overheating, and overall “down” feeling)

So my period is late. By 11 days. Ive taken two pregnancy tests. Not pregnant. I have a gynecological appointment on Thursday for my annual so hopefully they can figure out what's going on. I've never had a late period unless I was pregnant. Im also 43 so theres that lol. Any ideas what else would make it this late? I'm not premenopausal or menopausal had all my hormones checked everything's normal. Also it can't be stressed because I'm stressed out every day of my life like super stressed and stress has never made my period late, especially this late
how do you know if you have ppd? i’ve been feeling down lately and my anxiety is a lot worse than before it’s really stressing me out
