Have been in touch with trading standards about my pushchair as it still hasn’t arrived and the address listed on there and number isn’t anything to do with the company!!! Do not buy off The-best-baby-shop it’s a SCAM!!!!

@erincharlieconor, @lovemyboys8, nope definitely not buying offline again, especially baby things!! They’ve told me to get in touch with my bank as sometimes they do something called chargeback when they refund u and pursue they people that took it out but I’m assuming because they’re not a legit company they won’t refund me. Gutted is an understatement all I wanted was a decent pushchair for Reuben and have been ripped off!! They’ve also made changes to their website like prices of things and added new things too so they’re obviously still trading!!!! Makes me sick how could I have been so stupid what’s the saying if it sounds to good to be true it usually is!!x

I’m so glad u didn’t hun!! Halifax have refunded the money luckily!! I think it was the grey one that I ordered and the rain cover to match. My moms reported them for advertising on FB too cause she was the one that seen it originally.xx

so am I.. Tbh the only thing that stopped me was not knowing how/where to buy the car seat to go with it 😔 so glad you got your money back and hopefully there site gets took down.. Xx

Neither can I.. It's making me wary about buying baby clothes off people as they could get the money and not send stuff then I'm 30+out of pocket 😔 is discusting people feel the need to do it and not care how they leave the person on the other end feeling 😔 x

Yeah exactly if it was £20 I’d of probably have not taken it any further and just put it down to a bad experience but I paid £60... x
