My 21 month old is sleeping way less than he used to. Anyone else? He used to sleep 11 hours at night but now he’s only sleeping 10. For naps he used to sleep 1.5-2 hours but now it’s like an hour.

I thought babies were supposed to get 12-14 hours of sleep? He’s not sick, and I haven’t done anything differently.
