It sucks, but without you, he wouldn't be safe and healthy. You're doing an amazing job! Sometimes babies, especially premmies, having issues gaining weight. How much did he weigh at birth?

we’ve been using it but he gets full and would just sleep for four-five hours. No more I guess

different situation, but my daughter wasn't gaining weight, I was pumping like crazy plus special formula. We were letting her sleep. We had to set alarms every two hours and force feed her her. It's going to suck and little guy is going to hate you for all of five seconds, but it works in the end
