Is it possible for your belly to measure on track but baby to measure ahead? I had my 3D ultrasound today and she's measuring at 37w3d and weighs 6lbs 1oz. Also tech said her head is bigger too.

All my pregnancies have measure ahead of time 
But when I deliver my kids are almost 10 pounds 
I’m expecting a big baby this time around as well

Yes depending on how the baby is positioned. Ultrasounds are more accurate than belly measurements but they can also be off -+ about 2 pounds
