I’m starting to think I might have a problem but I’m not sure how many times is normal. I feel like I’ve non stopped washing my hands and they are so dry and get sore by the end of the day and it’s beginning to annoy me now but I just can’t stop it !xx
I find I wash my hands quite a lot during a day to, and also find that my hands go really dry and itchy! I have dry skin in between my fingers on my knuckles etc! But I think that could be dermatitis?🤷🏼♀️it does settle down but always comes back!🙃xx
I wash mine all the time and I cant stop either 🤣🤣🤦♀️ I have OCD and it drives me insane but gets worse when I'm nervous or anxious over anything. I've tried stopping so much but it's just force of habit 🤷♀️ xx

I lose count after 10+ before 7am. I have an OCD for washing my hands. It's part of the reason I take antidepressants xx

Mine used to get so dry that they'd split. Now I use o'keefes working hands cream and they're fine xx

Omg same! Especially when I was pregnant it was so bad I needed a steroid cream 😂🙈xx
