How long did the “irregular bleeding” after getting it put in last? Also did it cause a change in the smell of your discharge?

The one I have in now I spot every once in awhile. I got it during my c section. The one before that I didn’t get in during delivery but I would go a day or 2 of not bleeding and for like 6 months I bled. My very first one I had gave me UTI’S and yeast infections all the time. It was weird. That one I also had my mirena baby with 😬

Gahhh!!! I think I have some type of infection right now too. Omg I hear of so many people getting pregnant on it

my odds were against me when I got pregnant! I was bleeding so much my doctor thought it would be a bright idea to give me a mini pill. I had my first ob appt and my ob said it made it counter act🤦♀️ is this your first mirena?

I had spotting for 4 weeks, but I was 8 weeks pp and had not yet had a period when it got put in.

wow. I got mine in the beginning of December and my ob said I’d have irregular bleeding for the first 3-6 months

I ended up having a small cyst. I’m glad I removed it....now I’m on the arm implant and I like it.
