It doesn’t look like thrush that looks like the normal milk tongue. Usually thrush is around the lips and everything. Try taking a wet wash cloth and wiping it off if it’s milk tongue it will come off if it’s thrush it won’t.

It’s so far back on his tongue i can’t wipe it! But it’s been this way a couple days

I thought my daughter had it when it looked like this too and it was just from milk. Definitely something to keep an eye on though!

My daughters get like this to then goes away in a day or two. To me it looks like milk tongue. Thrush is all over the mouth and progresses quickly so just watch it today and tomorrow and if it gets worse or your boob pain gets worse I would take him to the drs

Doesn't look like thrush, pinching when he is latched? Maybe he is getting lazy 😆 hamburger your boob while he latches so you can get more in.

probably just your letdown if it's not his latch, your supply is still regulating.
