My cousin has a gluten allergy. Her stomach starts hurting really bad and she gets very constipated if she eats very much bread or pasta at all.

Tbh, I don’t really know lmao. Something that’s in a LOT of foods and seems to give it the flavor because anything I’ve tried “gluten free” tastes like slow roasted asshole. So whatever it is, I apparently like it 😂

There is a gluten sensitivity meaning upset stomach just makes you feel blah, gluten allergy where you could be constipated, diarrhea, blood in stole, throwing up, hives, eczema flare ups. Then there is celiac disease where it attracts your body like crazy and you would definitely know something wasn’t right.

Oh yeah I know celiac is definitely outta the question. A doctor had mentioned me maybe taking my daughter to be checked for that because of her skin and how it’s always been as well as her stomach issues she’s also had. So I wanted some idea of what all people have dealt with before we even take her in. I’m hoping that’s not it, but at this point id be glad to have an answer and maybe her skin won’t have to suffer so much as well as her tummy.
