How long does it take everyone to figure out a routine for breastfeeding and pumping at work? I want to figure out something where I dont feel so stressed about it. I'm making enough but timing isn't exactly right.

I pumped at work 🙋♀️
I would pump in the morning when I woke up around 5:15 am, then pump at work around 9:30 am, noon, and somewhere between 3 pm- 4pm. Then we nursed after work and before bed. I liked having to take pumping breaks at work because it forced me to take actual breaks 👍

I would nurse first thing in morning around 5
Pump at 8, 11, 2 while at work
Would nurse again when I picked her up around 5 and nurses as I normally would the rest of the night

@scruffy.nerf.herder and @iuiblessing2018 I feel bad taking breaks at 10 and 1 when I work 7-3 then I have a hard time getting a 3rd time to pump on my 7-7 shifts I work as an aide at the hospital

Depending on the size of your company, they might be legally required to give you those breaks. To save on time, you can just put the flanges and tubing in a ziplock bag and put it in the fridge between pumps.

Also feel like it takes forever to pump then to clean all the parts and put everything away
