So my daughter just had this “rash” appear in the past hour. I took her to bed about 45 minutes ago but I went to check on her when I heard her Still awake and noticed this. Does anyone know what this could be or what I should put on it?

This happens to my teenage son. He licks his lips all the time in the cold and this is the result. Chapstick!

Okay thank you everyone! I was worried it was from something she ate because we had a few new things to eat today she’s never had before.

It’s chapped. My daughter gets this from sucking on her lip. Vaseline does wonders.
