We have those too. But they dont always work. And then you have when people give socks and they dont have grips, you can do the same thing, with the hot glue. Also where I live its effing cold so slippers are a must inside. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I figured out it works a little better with cloth than rubber or plastic because for my niece i had to keep putting glue on them every other time she played dress up

@chaoticandloveit I replaced the glue on his shoes three times and he kept doing it while bored at school lol. Having a cloth surface would be better since the glue actually sticks to the material and not just sits on top of it like it does with rubber soles. Good idea to use on slippers!

Glad I could help! With plastic princess shoes its not as good you'll have to put it on a few times because the glue doesn't like to stay on the plastic as well

@chaoticandloveit, this helps just for socks ! I try to always buy the ones with the grip stuff on em but other people have bought socks or ive grabbed the wrong ones at times and then she slips and falls if she tries walking on hard surfaces lol. So it helps that now I can fix those ones myself lol. Even for the older girls, they just take their socks off so they don’t fall but now I can make theirs non slip too!
