Just pushed my baby boy out all natural with no epidural 😩 I had to get like 10 stitches I am sooooo sore .. this non epidural was not my plan bt I got to the hospital at 4cm and progressed to 10cm in less than an hour so I had no time to get my epidural

Congratulations! I agree padsicles or ice packs. I had to get 6 stitches with my first and I stocked up on the ice packs the hospital had!
