when i was pescatarian i lived on lemon basil salmon. i would put it on a sheet of tinfoil, drown it in lemon juice, add some basil leaves on top and then wrap the tinfoil around it. super easy and super good 🙌🏻

You can make it literally any way.
My favorite is in a cast iron skillet.
Make sure to pat both sides dry with a paper towel. Season however you like. Then just sauté on both sides for 4 mins each.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake at 350° for 10ish mins / desired doneness.

This is another favorite of mine If you’re trying to cut calories. It’s less than 400 for the whole dish.
But don’t do it like the picture! Put all in a glass baking dish and then cover with foil but MAKE SURE the foil isn’t touching anything you’re going to eat. Foil leaching is horrible.
Baked Salmon with Mustard and Herbs:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 6-ounce salmon fillet with 1 teaspoon mustard; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped dill, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1 tablespoon chopped chives and place in a baking dish. Mix 1 cup broccoli florets; 1 cup chopped cauliflower; 1 tablespoon olive oil; and 3 garlic cloves, minced. Add to baking dish alongside salmon, cover with foil, and bake until fish is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
