We went to Poland for 2weeks when our little one was 16 months. Took a stroller, a travel cot and one big suitcase between us (and a tube of travel wash), it was easier than I thought if I'm honest. Did a bit of travelling around using trains and buses, we went to Warsaw, Krakow and the seaside. We may be doing it again this summer with an almost 3 year old and a 2/3 month old to visit my partners family (less of the travelling around). I think the key is to not have any great expectations and just relax :) Good luck! X
