No one in the world wants to know this but I’m excited 😂 I think my mensural cycle is back to normal after the depo injection!... due on in 3 day’s which means it’s the first month it’s been normal since coming off it. Just the most exciting thing because I thought it would take longer than this 😁...
Didn’t think I’d ever appreciate a normal cycle as much as I do now 😂😂😂😂🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 never again having any of it injection, pill, implant! ❌

I was so glad when I got my first period after the depo had left my body 😂🎉 (3 months after!) But it was the worst period ever! I bled sooo heavy (like after birth) and the pain was like being in labour all over again. Now they are back to how I used to have them before children. I have always suffered bad with heavy bleeding, anaemia and fainting and I still get it now every month but I would much rather all that than being on the depo again or anything else 🙅🏼♀️ xx

Yeah at least you know what to expect and when it’s going to happen & 3 months is really good it’s taken me 5 months, they say it can take a year or 2! 😅... I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s happy about it hahaha! I actually feel normal for once 😂😂😂 xx

Yeah that's it. The last 5 periods have all been between 26-28 days and bleeding has lasted 5 days so I'm pretty much regular again since like 6 years ago! And it feels so dam good 😂 xx

I've not been on anything for 9 years now, I blame all the contraception for PCOS and other fertility problems. Natural is best and pregnancy can be prevented if your careful (if that's the goal) I'm currently happily pregnant now but pull out worked wonders for 8 years as a deterant 😂. Although I may be an exception to that rule I know some ladies only have to be looked at 😉
