My newborn keeps getting this bumps, at least once a day and only on her face sometimes it by her ear, her eyebrow, eye and today her chin. Does it look like baby acne? I feel like it looks like a hive. My middle child as a dairy allergy so I’m nervous she will have a allergy also 😫 praying she won’t!

Baby acne doesn’t just show up for an hour and go away. It could be a sensitivity to something.

It stays for like the whole day then the next day it’s gone.

then maybe. My oldest had issues with dairy but no skin issues. My youngest had issues with dairy and soy and had terrible rashes/acne on her face. I’d probably just watch it like you’re doing and if it gets worse take her in. ❤️

Finley gets them. The pediatrician said it’s a baby rash that’ll come and go

sure! They’re usually little white dots with red around it sometimes a cluster of them sometimes a couple in a row. He had them in the hospital mostly
