nikki’s case made national news, i wish it wasn’t because the judge disgraced her, her friends and family and the trans community. im glad the prosecutors agreed to consider her death a hate crime. enough is enough, the world needs more love and less hate 😓

What’s good about the law even though,the judge makes ultimate decision,when the State Prosecutors Want more time ,charge more & see a higher sentence for the Crime “it usually does help the Judges finally decision!
