I get them all the time living here in Phoenix the most polluted city in the whole country lol

It feel like your face is gonna blow up because of the congestion’s you’re sinuses are just inflamed so it’s hard to blow your nose nose is ichy watery eyes ugh it does literally feel like your dying I hate it. I have a cold right now and it’s not as bad as having a sinus infection for sure!

My biggest thing is that it burns when you breathe in and out in the septum area. I'm always severely congested to. And it gets way worse at night when you lay back

Green mucus...stopped up nose, irritated throat

If you tap under your eyes, around your eyebrows there will be a good amount of pressure an pain. That's usually a dead giveaway.
