Hi all just wondering how do you track ovulation when you have irregular periods??

I used a thermometer to track my ovulation if your temp gets higher then your norm temp then your ovulating

Start when ever you want to it doesn't really matter just when you see your temp change from your usual then your due for a period or your ovulating
