So I started to feel my baby move a week ago and she has moved everyday since I started to feel her but today I haven’t felt her moving once? Should I call midwife? I’m only 19 weeks so not sure what they would say🤷🏼♀️

I'm not sure if I'm remembering this right, serious case of baby brain 🙄 but they aren't to concerned about movements until 24 weeks, baby is still so small that they could be in an awkward position meaning you can't feel movement. We had a quiet day yesterday, like you I've been feeling movement for just over a week, pretty strong movement. But yesterday I felt nothing. Try eating or drinking something sugary and laying on your left side for half an hour, that should encourage movement :) although you could always contact your midwife if you're really concerned! Xx
Thankyou I called them just to check I went down heard the heart beat and was off within half hour so was pretty quick x she said to always call if I’m worried xx
I think movement gets more regular further on, just be patient for now, they don't expect daily movements until end of the 20s
