It depends on your employer and your health. With my first I worked til 39 weeks and with my second until 38.5 weeks. Save the time off for when baby is born.
I worked up until the day I had my babies and I was super high risk. I have type 1 diabetes, too much fluid and a history of pre eclampsia
@scruffy.nerf.herder, my first son I was at school and the doctors office called and said I had protein in my urine and I needed to come to the hospital to be induced. I finished my class, went home- napped, showered and packed. I showed up at the hospital hours later lol

you would have to ask your doctor about that. if you’re healthy you really won’t need to go on maternity leave until i’m assuming a certain point. but definitely talk to your doctor
It’s not that I don’t want to wait! It’s my job, my job is pissing me off... I have a doctors note to sit while I’m at the register and my boss told me they can’t accept that @2sweetie, @motherof3dragons, @avalunasmama, @ashleyrod,
