Did any of you have a baby go back and forth from breast to bottle with no nipple confusion?
Mine. Introduced my daughter to the tommee tippee bottle after the first week. I was a single mom back then so I didn't really have a choice. I think since it was so early it was easier and plan to do the same when I have any future children
I did not have a problem with my 2. B4 I was educated about BF I thought nipple confusion had to do with one nipple bigger than the other.
There’s a lot I didn’t know 🙇♀️ Was daily bottle to nursing time a 50/50 balance for you or did you nurse more often?
@sincerepolicy my last few weeks of leave I started to use bottles. I looked up different brands. That were close to my nipple. Baby #2 would only would drink from avant and a certain platex nipples. At first I only had 1 bottle nipple. And I was trying to be cheap and got more affordable nipples! That is where I messed up.
Did you have to train them in any way? 3 months into exclusively pumping and would like to try to train her to nurse... to increase supply. Can’t stop bottles because maternity leave is coming to an end.

@sincerepolicy, I breastfed for a week before just pumping and giving him a bottle. Around 4 months I was curious if he’d still latch. We practiced and kept trying and he did well.
@valerie_jean, thank you this is what I was looking for... now I’m hopeful. When you picked it back up at 4 months was there a certain hold that you started with?
My oldest had no problem but my youngest son refused a bottle
