Okay so I tested today because I just feel awful... The faint second line is almost not even there.
Do you think this is a miscarriage or just false positives?

I'm not sure of the exact date. But I believe it started 11/18 if not before. I remember having bleeding that week prior but not when. (I wish I recorded it 😩)
I haven't had a blazing positive on a frer so I am unsure if it will show on a test. Maybe blood though. My insurance starts on Wednesday. I'm starting to feel awful though so I may need to be seen to ensure that it's not ectopic like you mentioned.

I haven't bled as of yet. No cramping. So that seems more reassuring that it's not ectopic. I'm just more nauseous and fatigued.

When was your last menstrual? You don’t have to do anything for a chemical/ missed miscarriage at 5 weeks.
It would be ideal to get bloodwork to make sure your numbers are decreasing, it isn’t an ectopic pregnancy, or that you aren’t further along than you thought... in which case a D&C may be a factor.
