@garay88 @mimilovee I was prescribed iron pills when I was discharged from the hospital because my iron level was pretty close to needing a blood transfusion. I haven't been taking them though, so I guess that's why. 🙃

Def up your iron. If you have a hard time w the pills you can cook in cast iron and try throwing spinach in everything

You may want to get your iron checked. I’ve been anemic since I was a kid and I’ve ate too much ice since I was a kid as well lol
