I just lost my mucus plug. Well at least I think I did. Looked about a quarter size in the toilet. 😬 It’s also been 3 days that I’ve been spotting & having back pain and cramping.

I lost my mucus plug about a week before I had my daughter! When my mucus plug got bloody I had her about a day later though. Good luck momma! ❤️💚
