So I've been breastfeeding/pumping going on 2weeks now nd everything was going perfect. Expect for today my right boob I was only able to get 3oz nd I normally get more nd only left seems to be super full. Helllp idk what to do I eat lactation cookies , eat right nd drink lots of water I don't wanna stop breastfeeding yet ..

That’s a normal amount. Was that before or after feeding baby? I’d suggest you stop pumping and just nurse until your supply is established. Your baby can get a lot more out than your pump.

I was getting 5oz out of each boob twice nd now I'm barely getting 2-3oz

@heyimchey, well it’s normal to over produce at first and then it starts to level out after a couple weeks. You’re still getting a normal output.

You can't compare the amount you get pumping to the amount baby gets from breast. Do you feed baby from both breasts or just the one side. Try making sure you switch sides everytime . It's the baby latching that makes your body create milk. :) Youre doing great Momma
