It’s only been a week and I’m practically at my pre pregnancy weight. I was 165 before I got pregnant and am 168 as of today. I’ve lost 16lbs in a week! Breast feeding really does do wonders when it comes to burning those calories. My stomach is almost completely flat again. I’m pleased with how my body looks. I’ve never had so much seeing confidence til now. I feel like with every pregnancy I love my body more and more.
