Are you taking aspirin? I've never had anxiety but started getting palpitations and anxiety feelings after taking it, I have to take it at bed time now so I sleep through it.

Yup had a bath at 10;30 then proceeded to have an irrational thought that my door was on catch and someone was gonna come steal my daughter π
