So I’ve been on antidepressants now for almost three weeks and I was starting to feel a bit more up rather than down these last few days. I got a text from UC asking me to attend a work focused interview next week. Since then I’ve been feeling so down again. I’ve only been on UC for a few months so I’ve no clue what it is. I thought I wouldn’t have to do any of this stuff till Harrison was a little older. Does anyone know what it is and what happens there?

I really want to get out to work eventually but not right now as he’s still so young and I want to be the one looking after him plus i definitely couldn’t afford childcare! xx
I am going back to work but I work in an nursery and I can take my daughter with me so if anything happens she is next door to me
@beveridge.s, That’s handy then! Everyone in my parters and my family work and childcare is way to expensive so it’s best that I look after him until nursery at least. I prefer it this way though. xx
I had the same, just spoke to me about potentially working. Spoke to them about my situation and they agreed it wouldn’t be doable:) I’m waiting for the next meeting now because I can work now xx

I'm on UC and I have to go in to the job center every few months, but next year as soon as scarlett is in nursery I will have to start looking for a job again! 🙄 I'm on antidepressants too! So if you need to chat just message me xx
It's just protocol you go in and say you have a baby, you cant afford childcare and that's it. You will work when he goes to school or when ever you want to sort of thing, just protocol
Keep your chin up. These things are all protocol. You want to be there for your boy and as it stands, you'd end up working to pay for someone else to care for him. Try not to worry xxx 💖
