Moms with kids with food allergies. I have a question to the moms who had their kids tested through blood test. And what level was your child able to handle eating the allergy food or enough to be outgrown of it?

If it's an igE test there's really no way to tell besides talking to the allergist. Everyone's low end for not being allergic is different.
With that being said my daughter was diagnosed with allergies to cow's milk, peanuts, eggs, tree nuts all within the first year. She out grew milk by 2.5, peanuts by 4 and just recently eggs she's now 5. She still has allergies to cashews and pistachios so I just say all tree nuts because it's easy for the school record

@mommakayla18 those are definitely the lower end. From what my allergist explained it to me as there is no such thing as a zero when it comes to the igE. What they look for is the consistency of the levels dropping off. My daughter's allergist always gives prick test, then blood, then food trial in the office to confirm the results of the blood work.
For example my daughter still reacted to the prick test with eggs but now as badly in the past. Then she got blood work and her levels went down drastically. We actually just sat in the office last week for four hours for the food trial and she was cleared for eggs. I would ask for a food trial instead of the prick test for eggs if you're anxious but if he's eating them no problem he's likely no longer allergic. His results did go down a lot after all.

I’m not worried about the eggs, wheat or soy because he eats them daily especially eggs. The milk scares me but I’m definitely going to ask! Thank you so much for responding!!

@mommakayla18 sorry I skimmed through your reply. I would ask the milk be confirmed but that's a big jump so he's probably not allergic
