What helped with your acid reflux during pregnancy? I've tried Pillows/elevation
Not eating for a hour before laying down.
Cut out soda, just drink water. Tums, sleeping in a recliner. Nothing's helping. I can't deal with this for 6 more weeks. I can't sleep!
Low acid diet. Cut out any sugar if you can. I cut out red meat, and pork sausage. Sweet potatoes helped a lot. Also, if I wad having a really bad time of it, I would take a Prilosec. Tums stopped working for me a long time ago. I better give birth to Rapunzel
@madisonmommy318, I’m going Thur the same thing right now I can’t even sleep at night cus it bugs me so much 😭😩 and I have literally tryd everything
It's hard right now with the weather being all funky too. With my Arthritis. I have Arthritis in my left hip and knee. So I can't lay on my left side because of that, and then I can't lay on my right side because of the reflux. And can't lay on my back cuz of the baby so I just basically have to wait until I'm so tired that I passout and where ever my body positions that's where I'm stuck and hope I don't wake uplol
@madisonmommy318, girl I feel you this sucks thank god it’s gonna be over soon
Gaviscon liquid
My doctor told me to try it because my throat would burn in the middle of the night and wake me up. Have been using it only when needed and it takes it away in about 30 seconds.
