My son still isn’t potty trained. He used to pee when we peed then he lost interest altogether so we stopped. I see a lot of mommas on here saying going completely naked or just not putting a diaper on helps them so we’ve been trying that. I had him completely naked but he hates that because he loves wearing clothes! So now I finally got him to wear no diaper but still have clothes on and asking him if he has to pee, he peed a couple hours ago but that was right before he got a bath. Any pointers?
I feel ashamed that he is not potty trained yet, and my SO family doesn’t make me feel much better. They think he should’ve been out of diapers forever ago. They don’t know much about every kid learning at their own pace. My bil wife even uses the “oh my son was out of diapers by *insert age*” my SO was like no he wasn’t lmfao..

Don’t feel ashamed mama. All babies are different. Plus I hear boys are more harder. I am dreading it😩😩 but increase his fluids a lot. Just have him drink more often and set timers on your phone. They have a potty training app. You set a timer on it and if they go they can play a little game on it. I believe it’s from pampers. It helped a lot with my daughter. And maybe just try undies. You’ll have accidents but it’s ok. It will help him learn how to control his bladder

Aw don't feel ashamed ! Every child learns at their own pace. My children were all potty trained at different ages. My 3 year old isn't fully potty trained yet.
You as a mother will know when your son is ready. Don't worry about what others say 🙂

Don't feel ashamed every child is different! My husband & I actually got my son some little toys & cars from family dollar when he would go potty he would get a prize he eventually forgot about the prizes but became fully potty trained.

Mine wasn’t potty trained until he was 4. When he was ready he was potty trained within a few days.

Mine was 3 1/2. He had to be potty trained for preschool. I finally just put underwear on him and let him just pee in them a few times. He hated the feeling of wet underwear so he started using the potty really fast.
