Why are people so freakin cheap!?? I paid $400 for a Lenovo laptop in mint condition & I’m including a wireless mouse, a game & willing to sell it for $120 but everyone who has messaged me about it wants me to lower my price wtfff??? I can’t stand low ballers!!

I think getting a deposit ahead of time is smart because it makes sure the person doesn’t waste your time. Except the one girl who I was going to do my hair who asked for a $70 deposit to do my hair and I was like ok cool because she does own her own shop and is very good and the hair style was goin to cost me like $300. So I say ok Can I cash app you she says sure then I say so when I come it’ll only be 230? And she says no 300 and I’m like ok but I’m putting down a deposit and she said yeah that’s to get put on the wait list because I’m booked up and then it’ll be a $50 deposit before I do your hair. I was like that’s ok and I went to another shop I’m n out paying someone $70 extra dollars to get on a wait list. If it goes towards my total price sure but not a extra $70 to wait lol. So I went to another shop and paid their $35 deposit and it went towards my total price and I was very happy lol.

@mulatto.mama, me either. She thinks she’s some type of celebrity hair stylist but has never done a celebrities hair lol. Don’t get me wrong her work is amazing which is why I was willing to pay $300 for a style I could get done at another shop for like 180-200 but not good enough to pay $70 to get put on a waitlist.

The same shit happened to me. I had my Fitbit on Facebook for $120 and paid close to $200 for it. But since there’s like multiple ones after that everyone who messaged me for it wanted it for like $50. It was brand new, I literally never wore it. Cheap bastards.

@mulatto.mama I had the opposite with this thing before I moved after I made it clear that I wasn't taking less than $50. Someone really tried getting me to give it to them for $15 because I was moving that day and "was desperate to sell." Damn thing is nearly $300 brand new. (I wanted to keep it but it wouldn't fit in our truck.) I had people arguing about it and trying to out bid each other and they got mad when I went down the line 😂

I hate people. I listed a brand new bassinet/Changing table, still in the box, unopened for $75. In stores it’s $230. I had a lady harassing me after she offered me $20. 👀 I’ll keep it under my bed for $20. 🙄

$120 for a laptop is a pretty good deal. Laptops aren’t cheap especially one’s with decent storage. I have a shelf on fb market for $50 it came from my boyfriends old job they let the employees take any extra and it still in the box and its expensive and I’ve had people try to get me to sale it for $20 and I’m like you can find this new in a store for $20 🙄

Thats why you need to price it higher more wiggle room for negotiations and you would probably get more than $120
