We had an "eating shirt", which was basically several old t shirts of mine that were stained. We just popped them on over her clothes and washed them every day.

I dont think anyone uses bibs for a 3 and half year old. If hes thats messy take hes clothes off before he eats

@neenee23 ooohhhh..... I know many are gonna frown at this but I used a plastic shopping bag. Put their arms right through the holes/handles and it sits perfectly against their shirt
