Y’all please tell me I don’t need to start panicking because truthfully I already am. So Sunday we’ll technically yesterday (3am) my 6 yo woke up throwing up and sick, today he’s totally fine thankfully! However this afternoon my 6 month old starting projectile vomiting..he seems okay after restricted diet and some pedialyte thankfully...fast forward to a few mins ago and my 1 1/2 yo just threw up 😩 I’m freaking out that I’m going to get this stomach bug on thanksgiving and I’m hosting it here 😩 please tell me there’s hope that I won’t get it! I’m really glad it seems to be a 24 hour or less bug but I can’t get sick!

@justgotaname, I couldn’t agree more! I was supposed to host thanksgiving here this year and I bought all of the food on Tuesday. Yesterday my son was diagnosed with the flu and I had to cancel. 😔😔
I just went through a month of taking care of sick kids n myself included. It was first gastro, the flu, then oral thrush. One by one they were getting sick n when one child got better they went on to the next sickness. WORST THING EVER!! It was the worst month of my life I swear! Hope you don't get anything n get to host sick free
Exactly ugh sorry you had to go through it too it’s awful! It’s just back to back and goes through them all then starts over with the next illness I swear
This sickness crap is getting ridiculous I swear my kids or myself are sick every week with something new. I just got over strep a week ago and a week before that the kids all got colds now this stomach crap ugh! I have sanitized and washed everything over and over idk what else to do
It’s my sister and brother in law coming they know already and have already been here when my first one was sick also ugh

It’s contagious a day or so before symptoms start so you’ll prob get it. 😅 It just went through every person in my house one by one. Good luck!
There is a good chance you’d get it. All I can say is WASH WASH WASH YOUR HANDS, wash clothing, and disinfect. There’s a certain type of wipe and hand sanitizer that kills stomach flu/bug germs, it has Clorox in it. Can’t remember what it’s called but you can look it up on google. I’ve used that EVERY TIME my children got it and my husband and I never got it. Harder to keep the kids away from each other but easier to keep us from getting us.
Thanks 🙏🏻 I went and got hand sanitizer earlier this evening actually and have washed all laundry/kids bedding etc. I’ll have to wash my 1 1/2 yo bedding and wipe her crib down now. Ugh the timing is awful! Praying SO hard I don’t get it nor my husband 😩
Damn sounds like u won’t be able to host thanksgiving dinner at your house. I’d probably cancel just to be on the safe side. Good luck hopefully u don’t get it but the chances seem slim
